Andrew K. Rosel

Andrew Karl Rosel, 84, of Bloomfield, husband of Ann (Vavrick) Rosel, died on Friday, (November 22, 2002) at Hartford Hospital. Born in Hartford, Mr. Rosel served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He resided in Bloomfield for over 50 years and worked as a salesman with Fowler & Hunting, prior to his retirement. In addition to his wife, he leaves his son and daughter-in-law, A. Bruce and Sharon Rosel of Plum, PA; and two grandchildren, Andrew and Justin Rosel. Friends and relatives will be received Sunday, 2-4 p.m. at the Taylor & Modeen Funeral Home, 136 South Main St., West Hartford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, 10 a.m. at the Church of Sacred Heart, 26 Wintonbury Ave., Bloomfield. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
