Obituary Condolences

Samuel Morton Woolfolk, 72, of Bloomfield, died peacefully on Thursday (August 30, 2001) at Hartford Hospital. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Janie; two daughters, Denise Roberts and her husband, Benjamin of Windsor, and Juanita Woolfolk of Bloomfield; two brothers and their wives, George and Jackie of Georgia, and Lorenzo and Elreen of Virginia; two sisters, Elise Holmes of Georgia, and Doris and her husband, Edward Gee of Texas; a sister-in-law, Ruth Woolfolk; and a host of cousins, nephews, nieces and in-laws. He was predeceased by William B. Woolfolk, Juanita Hart and David Woolfolk. Sam served as an Elder for the North Hartford Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for many years. Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 4, 12 Noon at South Windsor Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 630 Burnham St., South Windsor. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Bloomfield. His family will receive friends, Tuesday, 11 a.m., to Noon at the Kingdom Hall. Carmon Windsor Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
