Obituary Condolences

McHUGH, Pearl K. Pearl K. McHugh, 81, of Windsor Locks, formerly of Warehouse Point, entered eternal rest on Wednesday (August 8, 2007). Pearl was born in the Warehouse Point section of East Windsor, she lived there most of her life moving to Windsor Locks 12 years ago. She graduated St. Mary School, Windsor Locks and Ellsworth High School, East Windsor Hill where she played basketball. She had been employed at the Travelers Insurance Co. before her retirement 16 years ago. She was a member of the Travelers Glee Club, and the bowling team. Pearl was a member of Barry Poulter Post American Legion Auxiliary, Warehouse Point. She also enjoyed polka dancing and attending family parties and dinners. She was the loving companion of Larry Francia of Windsor Locks; her nephew, Edward Pyznar and his wife, Karen and their son, Matthew Pyznar of Manchester; her godson, Lee Rozanski of East Granby. Relatives and friends will gather Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home 441 Spring St., Windsor Locks with a procession to St. Mary Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Her family will receive friends Monday from 4-6 p.m. Memorial donations are suggested to St. Mary Church 42 Spring St., Windsor Locks, CT 06096 or to the Am. Cancer Society 538 Preston St., P.O.
