Mr. Donald L. Anderson

Purvis, MS

Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at Mt. Hebron Primitive Baptist Church of Purvis for Mr. Donald L. Anderson, 86, of Purvis.

He died Friday, January 17, 2014 at his residence.

Burial will be in Mt. Hebron Church Cemetery.

Mr. Anderson was a retired heavy equipment operator for Lamar County. He was a member and faithful servant of Mt. Hebron Primitive Baptist Church and a U.S. Army Veteran of The Korean war. He was loved by all.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harmon & Gertrude Anderson; one brother, Louis Anderson; two sisters, Bernice Roseberry & Evelyn Nobles.

He is survived by his loving wife, Hazel Anderson of Purvis; two sisters, Mary Gipson and Nell Anderson (Kenneth); three brothers, Harvey Anderson (Peggy), Eugene Anderson (Martha), and Delma Anderson.

Memorials may be made to Mt. Hebron Primitive Baptist Church.

Visitatin will be 5:00-8:00 PM Saturday at Hulett-Winstead Purvis Chapel and beginning at 1:00 PM Sunday at Mt. Hebron Primitive Baptist Church.
