Elmer Joe Colvin
Ocean Springs
Elmer Joe Colvin, of Ocean Springs, died June 10, 2013 at his home. Services will be Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Moore Funeral Home in Petal followed by burial in the Hensarling Family Cemetery. Mr. Colvin served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam and was a member of the Ocean Springs Chapter of the VFW.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe Rome and Mildred Colvin.
Mr. Colvin is survived by his son, Ron Colvin of Ocean Springs; three brothers, Kenneth Colvin of Ocean Springs, Larry Keith Colvin of Fairhope, Al. and Earnest Colvin of Petal; two grandchildren, Chad and Presley Colvin and a great-grandson, Tyson Colvin. Visitation will be Friday, June 14, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Petal.
