Mary Frances Davis of Lumberton, passed away at Forrest General Hospital on Wednesday, May 23, 2012.

Born in San Berdino County, California, December 16, 1946 to Mary Katherine and Ronald Davis. Mary was a member of Olive Baptist Church in Lumberton. For the last ten years she had enjoyed living in Wiggins with her daughter Barbara and her three children. Mary was passionately devoted to her family and many friends.

She is survived by her son William Norman Davis of Nacogdoches, Texas; daughter Sue Ellen Davis Rayburn and husband, Ray of Petal; son Bobby Joe Davis and his wife, Tarin of Petal; daughter Barbara Annette Davis Knight and husband, Jackie of Wiggins; sister Annette Little and husband Gary, of Hickory, North Carolina; brother Ronald "Foots" Davis of Lumberton; sister Bertha Morrow and husband, Rod of Elephant Butte, New Mexico; sister Betty Aycock and husband, Guy of Lumberton; brother John Davis and wife, Lisa of Lumberton; sister Ruth Dunaway and her husband, Hiram of Gloster, Mississippi.

Grandchildren include Kellie Ann Davis, Holli Alyssa Quiroz, Corey Allen Waltman, James Ashtion Mayes, Leslie Marie Davis, Hope Davis, Faith Davis, Olivia Ray Hatten, Ethan Kahler Rayburn, Mark William Rayburn, Raymond Earl Hatten, III, Tyler Marshal Rayburn and Crystal Lynn Davis.

Great-grandchildren include Parker Thomas Nichols, Brady Michael Barnett and Robert Hayden Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Mary Katherine Davis, her brother Robert Morise Corkern, and a grandson, Matthew Ray Rayburn.

Visitation will be from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at Olive Baptist Church in Lumberton, with services and interment immediately following at 3:30 on Saturday, May 26, 2012.

Moore Funeral Service, Wiggins is in charge of arrangements.
