SMALL, Francis Anthony (Tony). On February 24, 2015. Peacefully, aged 84 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Beryl. Much loved father of Alison and Rupert, and father-in- law of Georgina. Dearly beloved grandfather of Alexander, Spike and Coco. Loved brother of the late Francie and Justin, and brother-in- law of Christine, Russell, Erice, and John. Many thanks to his friends and colleagues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and his many friends in Napier and overseas. A service for Tony will be celebrated at St Patrick's Catholic Church, cnr Munroe and Station Streets, Napier on Wednesday, March 4 at 2.00pm.
