McKinley McIntosh, Jr., 90, of Buckhorn, died Monday, Oct. 7 at the Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center.
He was retired from the United States military and the son of the late McKinley McIntosh, Sr. and the late Maude Barger McIntosh. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Faye Mann McIntosh, and sisters Ella Riley, Margie Sprague, and Margaret Stamper.
He is survived by his daughter, Judy Smith and husband Herbert of Ohio; sister Polly White and husband Frank of Buckhorn; grandchildren Nikole Maddin, Tony Smith, Karin Fitzgerald,and Brian Smith; and great-grandchildren Aubrey Maddin, Noah Smith, Rylee Fitzgerald, Ashlyn Smith, and Brandon Smith.
Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10 with Tom Burns and Michael Riley officiating. Interment will be at Laurel Point Cemetery at Buckhorn.
DAV rites will be held by Hazard Chapter 64.
