Patricia Maggard Obituary

Patricia Ann Maggard, 81, of Hazard, passed away on Thursday, July 17, at the Hazard herald & Rehab Center. She was the daughter of the late Aldren Pence and the late Myrtice Lyle Pence. She is also preceded in death by her husband, William glen Maggard, and one sister, Sarah Lee Effinger.

She is survived by one daughter, Teresa Lynne Gabbard, of Hazard; three sons, Earl Randall Maggard, of Hazard, Billy Blair Maggard, of Hazard, and Bobby Glen and Mary Liz Maggard, of Florida; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Arrangements were handled by Maggard Brothers' Funeral Home, where family received friends from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, July 20, and funeral services followed directly after with Rev. Merrill David Collins officiating. Interment was at the Riverside Cemetery.
