Gary Hazelwood, 53
Gary L. Hazelwood, age 53 of Pendleton, died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, at Baptist Hospital Northeast. He was the son of the late L.T. Hazelwood.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Hazelwood, Pendleton; three daughters: Lisa Shannon, Muncie, Ind.; April Craig and Shelly Allen, both of Bedford; one son, P.D. Buck, Pendleton; his mother, Allie Hazelwood, Campbellsburg.
Funeral services were 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home. Interment was in Campbellsburg Masonic Cemetery. Visitation was after 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, and from 11 a.m. until time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
