MabEL Chapman, 79
Mabel V. Chapman, age 79, of Frankfort, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. She was born Sept. 28, 1938, in Clark County, Ind., Mabel was the daughter of the late William and Beatrice Huey Chapman.
Along with her parents, Mabel was preceded in death by one daughter, Diana Lynn Case; three brothers, William Chapman, Jr., Robert Chapman, and Virgil Chapman.
Mabel is survived by her four children, Michael Chapman of Frankfort, James Richardson of Boynton Beach, Fla., Deborah Pollard (Jimmy) of Eminence and Leigh Ann Waits (Monty) of Lawrenceburg; one sister, Lorraine Hawkins of Campbellsburg; one brother, Phil Chapman (Judi) of Warsaw; 10 grandchildren, Misty Chapman, Stephanie Collins, Macy Thompson, Joshua Merritt, Joseph Pollard, Ashley Richardson, Brandon Bennett, Jamie Richardson, Sarah Blackwell, David Krantz; and 12 great-grandchildren, Jazmin Satterly, Bryson Chapman, Samuel Thompson, Mollie Thompson, Lena Collins, Jasper Merritt, Tifford Merritt, Oliver Pollard, Alyza Hopper, Kerrick Krantz, Emrys Krantz and Allysin Meagher.
A memorial service for Mabel will be held at a future date.
