JEANNETTE CLARY Obituary

JEANNETTE CLARY, 78, of Lesage, W.Va., passed into Glory Saturday, June 14, 2014. She leaves behind family and friends who will miss her example of unconditional love, strength and grace. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 51 years, Elzie "Buck" Clary; her daughter Jeannie Moore Johnson and husband Charles Johnson of Roanoke, Virginia; grandson Hunter Moore of Roanoke, Virginia; two great-grandchildren, Faith and Hunter Moore; twin sister, Jeannine Hanson and husband Lacy Hanson of Roanoke, Virginia; nephews Ted Hanson (Linda) of Richmond, Virginia, Chris Hanson (Mary) of Roanoke, Virginia, Terry Ellis (Diane) of Huntington, W.Va., Rodney Ellis (Melanie) of Gilmer, Texas; great-nieces Grace, Kacie, Kellie, Lainey, Alicia (Chuck), Stephanie, Misty, Melissa and Katie; great-nephews William, Rodney and Robert; numerous great-great-nieces, nephews and three step-grandchildren, Ryan (Laci), Aaron and Aubrey (Zach). She was predeceased by her parents Theodore and Lizzie Bowman of Lesage, W.Va.; sister Betty Lou Ellis of Huntington, W.Va., and daughter Geri Ann Harmon of Huntington, W.Va. Please join family and friends as we celebrate a life that touched so many hearts at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 21 at Oak Hill Baptist Church, with a reception immediately following. In remembrance of her life, donations can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Kentucky/West Virginia Chapter, Jeannette Clary, 1941 Bishop Lane, Ste 108, Louisville, KY 40218 and Oak Hill Baptist Church, Jeannette Clary, Route 1, Box 240, Lesage, WV 25537. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is in charge of arrangements.
