HAZEL BOOTH Obituary
HAZEL M. BOOTH, 88, of Winfield, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2015. She was born June 5, 1927, in Lincoln County to the late Froud and Nellie Barnett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Booth; son Dannie Booth and sister Betty Vance. Hazel was a Methodist by faith and was a member of The Order of The Eastern Star in Huntington and The American Business Women's Association #39. Survivors include daughters Joann Booth and Patricia (the late William) Gunn, son Eddie (Amy) Booth, sister Linda Barnett, grandchildren Marshall Ferris, Monica Boone, W. Eddie Gunn, Danielle Edwards, Brittany Booth, Emma, Anna and Samuel Booth, and 12 great-grandchildren. Graveside service is planned for the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 6900 Country Club Drive, Huntington, WV 25705. Chapman Funeral Home, family-owned and located at 3941 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, is honored to serve the Booth family.
