Always enjoyed seeing Judy at Brownfest when she would come to visit with Connie and Dick. She was always ready to help. Enjoyed seeing her and Connie dancing to a DJ music. So sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

You taught me so much...you were a mentor to me and I love you and will NEVER forget your unselfish, giving and compassionate heart. Gary and Rhonda, I am so sorry for your loss! She was an angel here on earth and finally has her wings in Heaven! I will never forget some of the stories Judy told me about her Daddy. One in particular...everyone was sitting at the dinner table and one of her siblings looked at her plate and complained that Judy had more of something...Her Daddy said, "Mind your own plate!" LOL! She helped so many people with her hands and love.

I am so very sad for Judy' s entire family. What a ball of fire and delight to be around she truly was whenever someone had the great fortune to share the same air space with her. And her laugh, well, it was infectious! If Judy was catering, boy you'd better stay out of her way because it was as if she absorbed energy from the oxygen around her and took off like a lightening bug. Zip, Zip, Zip, that was Judy! Leaving a bright path behind her. And lovely lady, you will be one of the brightest Angels in Heaven. I love you.

I met Judy in 2001 and she helped me build my cleaning business and taught me so much than I had ever thought...about life and love. She was the least selfish person I've ever known and her hands reached and touched so many lives. I also use to work with her daughter, Rhonda, at a local manufacturer, back in 1996. I think back to when I met Judy...she was the cleaning person for a local investment co. To tell you how small the world was, his wife and Rhonda had been roommates years ago. Judy also went to the church I grew up in and always tried to convince me to go back. It was inevitable...I was meant to be touched by such a wonderful spirit. I'm so sorry to Gary and the family for your loss. Judy's always been an angel, she just has her wings now. :)

It is never easy to lose a loved one, remember the good times and many memories. Judy was always a fun-loving, upbeat person. Many of my memories are of growing up, not only as cousins, but as neighbors in Oskaloosa. Unfortunately distance has made it more difficult to create new memories. I remember one story Judy shared was about processing deer. Gary insisted she keep the garage door closed or be certain all tags were attached for fear the authorities would stop by. I'm sure she could have talked her way out of any situation. Our hearts and prayers are with your family as you suffer this tremendous loss.

My deepest sympathy to the Family of Judy. I know her daughter from Hickory Point Bank & Gary through his lawn service. I never had the pleasure of meeting Judy but talked to her quite lengthly on the phone! She was a delightful lady!

I'm a cousin to Judy. I'm Thelma Fulfer Quandt, Delbert's youngest child. I haven't seen Judy in years but I remember her and how she was always happy and having fun. I mostly remember her from the Fulfer reunions. I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one; only God knows the reason but she isn't in any pain anymore.

To all of Judy's family....We are deeply saddened to lean of Judy's passing. She assisted our family in so many ways...cleaning, graduations parties, catering...you name it..Judy was the best at it. She was a truly amazing and loving person..she was so proud of each family member and talked about you affectionately often...my daughters Hilary and Emily grew up with her and have such fond memories of her. I am sorry we will not be able to attend her memorial..our daughter is getting married this week! So great happiness will be mixed with great sadness this week. Our thoughts and prayers are with you today and in the coming days. May your sadness be replaced with wonderful memories as time goes by.
