DECATUR - Petty Officer 1st Class Sean M. McClain, 35, of Choctaw, OK, formerly of Decatur, IL, passed away on May 4, 2011 in Long Beach, MS. A service to celebrate Sean's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday (May 14, 2011) at Dawson & Wikoff North Chapel, Decatur, IL. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Saturday. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society 5301 CBC Snead Street Gulfport, MS 39501. He has served in the U.S. Navy in Iraq and Afghanistan. Sean was very proud of being a Seabee. He married Jennifer L. Dunakey on April 20, 2001. Surviving are his wife: Jennifer L. McClain of Choctaw, OK; children: Cecily Lynn McClain (15), Christian Michael McClain (9), Cailan Louise McClain (6); father: Danny Lee McClain of Las Vegas, NV; mother: Roberta Catherine (Dwain) Smalley of Cerro Gordo, IL; maternal grandmother: Shirley McCaney of Decatur, IL; paternal grandmother: Laquita McClain of Las Vegas, NV; brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews; father-in-law: Grif Dunakey of Mt.
