WEBSTER, Richard Charles, born 22 August 1943, in New York, died 22 November 2013. He moved to the Miami area with his parents in 1959 and graduated Miami Beach High School in 1961. Richard Charles was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army Reserve in 1970 where he served in a hospital unit during the Vietnam War. He leaves his wife, Joyce Patricia; together they were married for forty-six years. He also leaves his son, Richard Sean Webster, a middle school teacher, his daughter-in-law, Jennie, and elementary school teacher and Rebecca, his beloved four-year old granddaughter. A Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, November 26 at 11AM at the Church of the Epiphany, 8235 SW 57 Avenue. Burial will follow at Miami Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Epiphany Catholic Church.

Dear Joyce: It has been many years since we worked together at BW&G. I remember Richard well and was sorry to learn of his passing. I know of your deep Christian faith so take comfort that you will see him again in Heaven.
Even on the cross, Jesus taught that death was a passage for the spirit into the presence of God (Luke 23:46). The psalmis declared, "God will redeem my soul from the power of the
grave" (Psalm 49:15).
I cling to these promises myself as my own husband passed into Heaven on March, 23, 2013.
I hold you, your son, and all of your family in my heart and prayers.
