Martin-Vegue, A. Howard, born in Miami on 9/10/36, passed away on 11/29/12 in Port St. Lucie, FL. Howard was a long time member of the IBEW #349. He leaves behind his loving wife Audrey, sons Russ (Claudia), Troy (Sandi), his "#1 daughter" Jan (Maurice DuToit), 3 stepchildren and 12 loving grandchildren. Howard will be forever missed by his extended family and friends. "There are talkers and doers". Howard was definitely a "doer". A celebration of his life was held on 12/1/12 at his home in Port St. Lucie.

I am in shock...my hugs to you all, I didn't know until today tracing some family history....What great memories I have of him and the fun that we had on family trips to FL .....my deepest sympathy to you all.

I,m still in shock.Things that,I have learned from Mr. Martin-Vegue,I carry with me everyday.
My thoughts and prayers are with,Russ,Troy,Jan and family.
Mr. Martin-Vegue, will be missed every day.

I was so shocked to hear about Howard's death....he was a man full of life and loved life and his famiy. My love to all the family and my family's life was made more full by Howard and his family, he was Tom's dearest friend...God bless you all
