HEWES, IDA 91, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, joined her true love, husband Bob Hewes in Heaven. She passed on March 31, 2015 in the home they built together, surrounded by family and loved ones. A lifelong resident of South Florida, she was active in the church and community. She was a caring, loving, kind, generous woman with a gentle soul but knew how to keep her family in line; the true matriarch. She is survived by daughters Debbie (Joel) and Lorrie (Jim), grandchildren Kim, Jennifer, Krissy, Amy and Brian, and great-grandchildren, Abbey, Emma and Hunter, and her beloved dog, Tucker.
