DRITTEL, ANITA passed away on January 19, 2013 in Miami, FL. Her daughter, Lynn and son-in-law, Peter Kaplan will miss her deeply, as well as her amazing group of friends and family. She lived a full life with passion, a positive attitude towards challenges, and a wonderful sense of humor! Anita worked tediously raising money for the Sunshine Cancer Chapter for over 35 years. Born in New York, she attended the Fashion Institute where she earned a degree in Interior Design. She was blessed to have 2 loves in her life...Norman #1- her beloved husband and father to Lynn for 53 years and then Norman #2- her beloved boyfriend for the last 6 years of her life. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Lakeside Memorial, 10301 NW 25 Street at 11:00 a.m. in the Atrium.

Dear Lynn and Peter,
Please accept my belated condolences on the loss of your mother, Anita. May all of the memories you shared be a blessing for you and your family during this difficult time.
On behalf of JAFCO, Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options, an agency that provides a home for abused and neglected Jewish children, we are so grateful to have received a very generous gift this morning from your mother's estate as she had named JAFCO as a beneficiary in a life insurance policy. The gift will be used to enhance the lives of the precious children we care for. Your mom's name will be added to our Legacy Circle Plaque in our lobby and there it will remain watching over our children forever. You are both welcome to visit her here anytime.
With sympathy,
Sarah Franco
