LOLA DELVALLE

DELVALLE, LOLA, Davie, formerly of Miami, slipped away peacefully Tuesday, Oct 1 to be with the Lord. Predeceased by her husband, Rigoberto (Bob), the love of her life, her parents, Jerome & Maude Mears, sisters & brothers, Madge Vallencourt, Virgie Cramer, Thelma Elmer, Webster & Don Mears. Lola is survived by her loving son, Cecilio (Cecil) and his wife, Mary Ellen, her two beautiful grand-daughters, Danielle of Ft. Lauderdale and Nicole of Las Vegas, her brother Vick (Lee) Mears of Sebring, Fl., and several nieces and nephews all who she loved dearly. Born Jan 21, 1919 in Macon, MO and moved to the Miami area in 1926. Lovely Lola will always be remembered for her loving kindness, creativity (she began painting in her 80s) and devotion to her family. Services will be held at Memorial Funeral Home Coral Gables, 1717 SW 37 Av, Miami, on Saturday, OCT. 5 with viewing from 11 am to 1 pm with service following. Lola will then be laid to rest beside her husband at Flagler Memorial, 5301 W Flagler St, Miami.
