Not sure what to say?

Linda Green

I just learned of Jim's passing and wanted to send my condolences. I know what a difficult year you must have had and how hard it is for you now. Steve enjoyed talking to Jim about running and hearing of your many marathon experiences. Perhaps they are together now. My prayers are with you and your family.

Tammy & Fred Ober

Our deepest sympathies to Bonnie and the family. Fred and Jim spent many years together at Fowler White, and Fred would often comment on Jim's fine legal mind and exceptional writing skills. Outside the office on social occasions, we enjoyed his quick wit and ability to make folks smile. May he rest in peace.

I can't imagine not seeing Jim's smiling face at Fowler White, or hearing his fabulous wit and humorous comments on life in general. Jim has been such an integral part of my life for so long, and I have admired his intellect and knowledge of the law. That corner of the office will be a hard place to fill. My heart goes out to Bonnie and the boys. Rest in peace, Tar Heel.
