ALBERT E. MILANDER

MILANDER, ALBERT E., 88, of New Market, Virginia went home to be with the Lord on January 10, 2012. He was born June 23, 1923 in Allentown, PA., a Hialeah resident for 35 years. He was a WWII and Korean War Veteran. After retiring from Eastern Airlines, he was a substitute teacher, chaplain in VA, lifetime member of the VFW, the New Market American Legion, Timberville Lions Club and United Methodist Church. Best known as " Uncle Al", he had a great sense of humor, a kind heart and a love for animals. Survived by his loving wife, JoAnn Neff, sons Myles Milander, Mark Milander, daughter Roberta Reed, grandchildren Melanie Milander Link and Travis Reed.
