KILLINGSWORTH EARL HERSHEL, of Pt. St. Lucie Fl. Died June 1, 2014. Earl was born May 15th, 1938 in Boston, Ga. To Susie Barrow Killingsworth and Ed Killingsworth. He attended Coral Gables High followed by service in the Korean War. Earl was employed with the Miami Herald for close to thirty years which he greatly enjoyed and made many lifetime friendships. After his retirement he lived out the rest of his years in Pt. St . Lucie, where he is remembered by loving friends and family. Earl is survived by his daughters Bonnie and Cheryl, son in law Jorge, grandchildren Amber, Denver and Bre, former wife Cookie and his beloved dog Mak. Earl had a great sense of humor and quick wit and will be happily remembered and greatly missed.
