I can't believe that it has been 10 years since we lost Frank. We--the country-- could have benefited from his knowledge, intelligence and wise counsel during this pandemic.

Frank was my friend in ROTARY in Miami for many years. He was always pleasant and knowledge in all of our conversations, and brought a warmth to every meeting. He and Jean were also so devoted and sweet at our socials. I was always amazed that he was an international celebrity, as he was always so down to earth. He will be missed!!

Dearest Lily, Adolph, Grant, and family --

How I will greatly miss my wise and compassionate neighbor. Dr. Lu was always there to greet me with a kind hello, warm smile, and a wonderful story or observation -- all delivered in his unique way: with elegance, strength, and as a true gentleman. Your father made my world a better place.

My thoughts are with all of you. Best always,

Gus
