I remember seeng Garland with Debbie and her family. He was a major part of the family, and he loved being with his grandchildren. I live down the street from Debbie, and I will always picture him in his car going back and forth from her house filling his days with love for her family. Beckie

Garland and Vivian were like a second family to us. We will never forget the great times we've had together on Caroline St. He always had a smile that lit up the room and a laugh that was contagious. We will miss him and we know he's in a better place with Vivian.
