I often look at the pictures our "click" took together. We enjoyed a good comedy show or a great meal together. When I think about you, I think about a warm soul and a great friend. Our "click" was an unlikely group of people, but we enjoyed one another greatly. My only regret is that when I moved away, I did not keep in touch. I love you and miss you!

It has taken a long time to come to terms with the loss of such a dear and life long friend. I have so many memories that span over thirty years. There would times we did not talk for a month but when we finally did it was if no time had passed at all.

Rest in peace my friend and give my Dad a hug for me.

Ms. Nolan was one of my teachers in North Glade elementary. This weekend I planned a small reunion for some of the students who left NGE in 2001. I was really looking forward to seeing her there along with Mr. Robinson and Mrs. Hardemon who are also attending. May you RIP Ms. Nolan.

When I recall Rona, I see blonde curly hair, bright blue eyes, rosy red cheeks, and a pearly smile. She loved the kids and the kids loved her. Rona could do it all, she was a smart cookie. I knew Rona as a capable ESOL teacher, classroom teacher, and media specialist. Rona, was a devoted daughter to her sweet mother, and loved her puppies to pieces. Rona, loved a good laugh, and put up with my humor. She loved to dance. In fact, we appeared in two talent shows at North Glade Elementary, once as the Spice Girls and once as the Backstreet Ladies. Thank you, Rona, for the wonderful memories.

Rona and I worked at North Glade Elementary together quite a number of years ago. She was a hard-working teacher who really enjoyed her craft. I remember that Mom volunteered many times and really became a member of our little family. We have lost a great teacher and person in Rona. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

I have vivid good memories of time spent with Rona since we were in Brownie's together when I was in second grade and she in third. She was a dear sweet person who will be dearly missed. She's been taken from us way too early.

"Ms. Nolan's' "stories about childhood and her gifted ability to read at such a young age, along with great life skills, may explain why she was called home sooner than her chronological age...Precocious... 'unusual maturity especially in mental aptitude'...ahead of her time. My deepest sympathy and prayers to the family. As a teacher on leave, my family and I will honor the life, service and friendship of a dedicated school family member. Imagine working at the actual elementary school you attended as a child as Ms. Nolan did!
