KETT, FRANCIS XAVIER, born March 10, 1932, in Milton Massachusetts, died on July 29, 2014 at the age of 82. He is survived by his beloved wife, Katherine Marie (McDermott) Kett, age 79, and their five children and their spouses: Tim (56) and his wife Maura, Dan (55) and his wife Karen, Kevin (54) and his wife Susan, Brian (53) and his wife Georgeta, Eileen (50), and her husband Bill. Frank was a graduate of a College of the Holy Cross in Worcester MA and the North American College in Rome. Frank and Kay were long-time residents of the City of Plantation, moving to south Florida in 1969 and running a successful real estate company in the city for over 40 years. A talented athlete with a sharp memory for statistics, Frank could frequently be seen coaching sports teams in the city and cheering on his favorite Boston Red Sox. Frank and Kay were certified Scuba divers and avid birders who loved to travel the world pursuing these passions. Frank's greatest joy came from spending time with his 9 grandchildren: Ryan (26), Travis (25), Lauren (23), Kathleen (23), Tim (22), Sean (21), Andrew (21), Dylan (21), and Frankie (17).
