Sheppard, Rochelle (SHELLY) On the morning of January 18th, 2013, Rochelle (shelly) Sheppard devoted wife of the late Arthur N. Sheppard, devoted mother, and adoring (nana) passed away. She left behind her only son Todd Lamet, daughter Sheril Halloran, and granddaughter Madison Rochelle Halloran. For those who knew her, she not only touched their lives, but made an everlasting imprint. She will be sorely missed and cherished.
