DONNARUMMA, Leopold J., 78 of Cutler Bay passed away September 8, 2013. Leo leaped into all of life's adventures ready to experience everything that the world had to offer, joining the US Navy and retiring as Chief Petty Officer. He owned and operated Mr. Kitchen Catering and eventually turned his love of food into a career teaching culinary arts for Dade County public schools. He was past chaplain for the American Legion Post 133. Leo had a full and happy life with many friends and loving family. He is survived by his wife, Paula; daughters, Carol Ann Burke, Tracy Lee Robuck, Edith Rodetsky and Leonora Yarborough; grandchildren, Jackie, Joey, Jaymie and Jacob and his 4-legged companions, Judy, Liza and Suzie. Visitation will be Thursday, 9/12 from 6-8pm at Stanfill Funeral Home. Interment will take place at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth. Friends are welcome to celebrate Leo's life Friday evening at his home.
