Jessie Brown
Jessie "Paul" Brown, 84, died in Klamath Falls, Ore., June 20, 2013.
A service of tribute and love was at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens.
Paul was born May 13, 1929, in Livingston, Tenn., to Towne and Dona McCulley Brown. He grew up in that area and in 1948 entered the U.S. Air Force, where he served for over 20 years before retiring in 1970.
He married Kathleen Risner in Merced, Calif., on May 21, 1949. They lived in several locations while he was in the Air Force, including London and Berlin. They then moved to Klamath Falls, where he worked for Sears Roebuck and Co. until retiring for good in 1989.
They remarried in Israel and were both baptized in the Jordan River. Kathleen preceded him in death in 2009.
Paul was a member of Living Faith Fellowship, where he served as a deacon. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family on special occasions.
He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law Judy Willison of Kingman, Ariz., and Angela and Bill Clark of Fresno, Calif.; son Michael Brown of Klamath Falls; grandchildren Christopher Willison, Tisha Blackburn, Dana Connery, Billy Clark, Amanda Clark, Jennifer and Cathy; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Eternal Hills Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
