Funeral services for Darlene E. Duffy will be at 11 a.m. in the chapel at Klamath Memorial Park, 2680 Memorial Drive, Saturday, March 22, 2014, with Pastor Harvey Buckle of Life Community Church officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Norman at Klamath Memorial Park. Mrs. Duffy, 84, died of natural causes in her residence at Linkville House in Klamath Falls, Monday, March 17, 2014. She was born July 3, 1929, in Klamath Falls to Lester C. and Harriett Belle (Adams) Spannaus. She married Norman J. Duffy in Klamath Falls on Oct. 16, 1949. He preceded her in death in 1996. Darlene enjoyed working with her husband at Duffy's Warehouse Market. She also enjoyed hunting and fishing. She is survived by her son, Gary Duffy, Sr. and her granddaughter, Amanda Wagoner, both of Klamath Falls, and her grandson, Gary Duffy, Jr. of Vancouver, Wash. Also five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Ward's Klamath Funeral Home, 541-884-4404, is in charge of the arrangements.
