Diane M. Campbell, 66, died in Klamath Falls, Ore., July 8, 2013. A service of Tribute and Love will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church. Private Cremation will be at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens. Friends may call for visitation with the family at 10 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist
Diane was born Aug. 22, 1946, in Oshkosh, Wis., to Kenneth and Winnie Wilson Larsen; she was the 12th of 15 children. She was preceded in death by her father in 1961 and her mother then married Fred Applebee. She graduated from Omro High School in Wisconsin in 1964. She married David Campbell Oct. 5, 1965, in Reno, Nev. He preceded her in death in 2003. In 1972, they moved to Klamath Falls and in 1978 she began working for OIT as a bookkeeper in the library. She retired from that position in September 2012.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Women of the Moose
and the IOOF. She loved reading, crocheting, watching Elvis movies and listening to country western music. Most of all she enjoyed being with her family.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Susan and Todd Turner of Omro, Wis.; Jeannie "BJ" of Warm Springs, Ore.; grandchildren: Ashley Gathard; Jennifer Gathard; Christie and Dave Wiles; Valerie; Vickie and Savannah; brothers and sisters: Rogene Larsen of Omro, Wis.; Vernita Fink of Eureka, Wis.; Kenneth Larsen of Oshkosh, Wis.; Richard Larsen of Klamath Falls, Ore.; Laurel Franz of Omro, Wis.; Dean Larsen of Waukau, Wis.; Inert Larsen of Waukau, Wis.; Linda Treichel of Oshkosh, Wis.; Rex Larsen of Oshkosh, Wis.; Robin Larsen of Oshkosh, Wis.; Fred Applebee of Oshkosh, Wis.; Kathy Spanbauer of Oshkosh, Wis.; Steve Applebee of Omro, Wis.; Chris Applebee of Waukau, Wis; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her spouse; her son, Bryan Campbell; and four brothers, Larry, Jerry, David and Keith.
