Patricia Ann Durham, 63, passed away July 24, 2013, in Portland, Ore.
She was born in Worcester, Mass., March 27, 1950, to Roderick and Edna O'Donnell.
Patricia graduated from Saint Steven Central Catholic High School June 9, 1968. She attended Clark University from 1969 to 1970 and then Shasta College in Redding, Calif., where she studied business administration and psychology/sociology from 1974 to 1975.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Evans II, who preceded her in death. In 1976, she gave birth to her son, Robert Evans III. After completing school, she moved to Dunsmuir, Calif., where she worked as a teacher's aide at the high school. She also met Leon O. Durham, whom she later married in 1983.
In 1982, she started work with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service in Tulelake, Calif., where she continued to work until October 1991. She then started work for the Bureau of Land Management in Klamath Falls, Ore., in November 1991 until her retirement in July 2010.
She was a fun-loving lady with a great sense of humor who loved to put a smile on any face she could.
Patricia is survived by her husband Leon Durham of Klamath Falls, her son Robert Evans III and Bobbie of Coos Bay, grandson Zane, granddaughters Kylee, Madison and McKenzie, sisters Marie O'Donnell and Susan (Conrad) Polly, brother John O'Donnell, nieces and nephews, and many great friends she's acquired along the way.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother.
There will be a celebration of life memorial potluck for Patricia Aug. 17, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Wiard Park; please bring a dish and some good stories to share.
