Rebecca "Becka" Lynne Fox, 20, died in Klamath Falls, Ore., April 9, 2013. A service of tribute and love will be 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Klamath Tribute Center, with Roy Spalding officiating. A reception will follow and cremation will be at Eternal Hills Crematory.
Becka was born Feb. 22, 1993 in Gregory, S.D. The family moved to Florida when she was 3 and that is where she developed her love for family vacations, including Disneyworld and Sea World. In 2002 the family returned to South Dakota, where Becka became involved in multiple sports and community activities.
At age 16, Becka and her family returned to Klamath Falls, where she attended Klamath Union High School and later received her diploma from Klamath Learning Center.
She enjoyed drawing, crafts and shopping. At an early age, her grandmother introduced her to baking, which is a skill she loved throughout her short life. Becka was always "bubbly" and caring. She enjoyed family get-togethers and hanging out with friends. Everyone who knew her marveled at her sense of humor and her ability to make everyone laugh.
She will be greatly missed by all who had the opportunity to know her.
She is survived by her mother, Cheryl Fox; sister Nicole Fox; grandparents Jim and Mary Watson of Chiloquin, Ore.; Aunt Jennifer "Gigi" and Uncle Bill Raul of Mitchell, S.D.; Aunt Deanna Fox of Dallas, S.D., and special cousins Chasten, Brenden, Jaden, Caymen, Ashley, Taylor, Zack, Shayna and Samantha, Sara and Rusty Hartley, Levi, Brooke, Paige and Alesha.
Klamath Tribute Center is in charge of the arrangements.
