William Lee "Bill" Pryor, 72, died in Klamath Falls, Oregon on October 10, 2012. A service of Tribute and love will be held at Eternal Hills Chapel on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Scott Hines, officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens.
Bill was born on May 25, 1940 in Salem, Ore. to Benjamin and Hildagarde Heine Pryor, he was the fourth of seven children, preceded in death by his twin brother Walter. They moved to Klamath Falls where he attended Roosevelt, Fremont Junior High then graduated from Klamath Union in 1958. He worked for The Klamath Lumber & Box, Klamath Disposal, Jeld-Wen, then worked in sales and delivery with Lumbermen's and Home Depot. He married Helen Hurlbut on Jan. 5, 1964 in Carson City, Nev.
Bill was a member of Klamath Christian Center. He enjoyed being with his family on holidays, carpentry, gardening and taking drives. He also enjoyed trips to Gold Beach.
He is survived by his wife Helen; son and daughter-in-law Don and Hope Pryor; daughters and sons-in-law Stephanie Pryor, Tina and Mike Day, Tammy Pryor; brother and sister-in-law Darrell and Hope Pryor; sisters and brother-in-law Valerie Howard, Sandra Pryor; Joanne and Martin Coleman, Pamela and Jim Long; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
