Elmer Wesley Isgrigg or "Wes" as he was called by many of his friends, died Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, at the age of 92.

He is survived by a brother David V. Isgrigg of Renton, Wash.; a sister Gladys Clifton of California; a son Kenneth E. Isgrigg of Carlsbad, N.M.; a daughter Joann M. Robinson of Grants Pass, Ore.; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Elmer was a longtime resident of the Klamath Falls, Ore., area. He raised his family and worked in the lumber industry in Chiloquin, Ore., and retired and moved to Klamath Falls, where he lived until November 2006. He then moved to Medina, N.Y., to be near his son for the remainder of his years.
Elmer was a Christian, a published poet, a gifted artist, a patriotic citizen, a loving father, a caring husband and a loyal friend.
A memorial service will be held in his honor Saturday, Oct. 13, in Davenport's Chapel of the Good Shepherd, 2680 Memorial Drive, at 11 a.m. Refreshments to follow.
