Thomas and Adam Phillips
In loving memory of Thomas Edwin Wilcox Richard Phillips, born Nov. 5, 1994, and Adam Scott Phillips, born Dec. 16, 1997, in Klamath Falls, Ore. Thomas and Adam are the sons of their father, Dean LeRoy Phillips Sr. and his wife, Melissa Danielle Taylor Phillips, and their mother, Julie Ann Phillips and her husband, Casey Norred.
God blessed our lives with Thomas (Tommy, Tom Tom) and Adam, young men full of an excitement for life and a love of the outdoors who had many friends. They loved to ride motorcycles, horses and skateboards.
Tommy loved fishing and hunting. He spent a great deal of time fishing on the Sprague River, but loved fishing on the Rogue River the best. Salmon on the Rogue are huge! He could tell the best hunting and fishing stories. People would tell him he could not do something and he would do it anyway, just to prove them wrong.
Adam (Daddy's little Boo-Boo) was always right, even when he was wrong, and he could convince a person of that, too. He was very intelligent and life, rather than school, held his interest. Adam was very outgoing and athletic; he loved skateboarding and riding bikes. He was just learning to ride horses thanks to Marissa Gaston.
Tommy and Adam were greatly loved by their family, friends and all of Sprague River. Their quick smiles, fun-loving ways and the twinkle in their eyes will be greatly missed.
Thomas and Adam are survived by their parents, Dean and Melissa and Julie and Casey; brothers Dalton Raylee Elliot, Dean L. Phillips Jr. and Austin Kolb; sister CJ Duffy Savanna Kolb; uncles, Jerry Phillips, Richard Phillips, Mathew Taylor, Daniel Taylor, Ronald Norred II, Cody Norred, Kenneth Phenis Jr., Kelly Elliott and Jim Duffy; aunts Michelle Phillips, Elva Norred and Nicole Norred and Maelee Ruhl; grandparents Sabrina and Ron Norred, Larry and Sarron Hardie, Virginia and Walter Ash and many other relatives and friends. Thomas and Adam were preceded in death by their grandparents, Raymond and Rosemary Phillips.
Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Aug. 3 in the Big Gym, in Chiloquin, Ore. A potluck gathering will follow at the Chiloquin Park in Chiloquin. Arrangements by Davenport's Chapel of the Good Shepherd directors, now located at 2680 Memorial Drive, Klamath Falls, Ore., 541-883-3458.
