Yvonne Sue Jefferson was born June 25, 1948, in Klamath Falls to the late Alfred Moore, Sr. "Bud" and Teresa Mae Johnson and went home to be with the Lord April 22, 2014, in Klamath Falls with her family by her side. Yvonne was a Chiloquin High School graduate. She spent her life as a homemaker/caretaker and lived in Oregon and Bellingham, Wash., where she met her late husband, Tom Jefferson. She finished her life here in Klamath Falls with her life partner, Patrick Johnson. She traveled the Western United States with her sister in the Lord, Carrol LeBeau, ministering and sharing the Gospel of Jesus. Yvonne was an ultimate prayer warrior; she was always praying for her family and friends. She always had a big heart and a kind word to everybody she met. She loved all her brothers and sisters and loved spending time with them. Survivors include her sons, Erwin "Junior" Miller, Jr. and his wife, Crystal and Jeremy Cox and his wife, Victoria; daughter, Jeanine Miller; grandkids, Shawneee, Brieauna, Jackie, Sandy, and Bill Miller, Larken Tupper and Thaj Miller, and Joshua Cox; great-grandkids, Valen (Nano), Aahmya, Alleeyah, and Joseph; her life partner, Pat Johnson; sisters, Barbara Charles, Sandra Charles, Karen Halford, Sharon Solomon, Andrea Jefferson, Joanie Wilson, Adrian Ayosa, and Teresa Mae Jefferson; brothers, Avery Charles "Squeeky," Dewey Moore, and Patrick Jefferson; and her aunt, Betty Barkley. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Moore, Sr.; her mother, Theresa Mae Johnson; sisters, Marie Oates, Carlette Tupper, Nikkie Jo Moore, and Pamela Moore; and brother, Terry Charles. Viewing will be Saturday, April 26, 2014, from 1 to 7 p.m. in Davenport's Chapel of the Good Shepherd, 2680 Memorial Drive, Klamath Falls, OR 97601. Services will be at 11 a.m. in the Big Gym in Chiloquin, Ore., Monday, April 28, 2014. A potluck lunch will be served in Chiloquin Assembly of God's fellowship hall following the service.
