Jordan Lee McClennen (Collings) chose his path to heaven June 2, 2014, in Klamath Falls, Ore. He was born Nov. 26, 1996, in Eugene, Ore. He lived in Springfield, Ore., for a time and then moved to Kauai, Hawaii, in 2001. The family moved to Klamath Falls in 2006. Jordan was a junior at Mazama High School and planned on joining the National Guard after graduation. Jordan loved skateboarding, bike riding, shooting, being with friends, quad riding and learning the guitar. Wolves were his favorite animal. He was a proud member of the American Red Cross and donated blood on a regular basis. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Dyanna and Barry Phetteplace of Klamath Falls; his father and step-mother, Jason and Stephanie Collings of St. Francis, Minn.; sister, Shaelaine McClennen of Canby, Ore.; brother, Jeremiah Woodcock of Alvadore, Ore.; half-brother, Kekai Phetteplace of Klamath Falls; step-brother, Sergeant William T. Wallin of Savannah, Ga.; grandfather, Joseph Collings of Texas; grandparents, Glenda and Michael McClennen of Springfield; uncle and aunt Chris and Jennifer McClennen of Springfield; numerous aunts, uncles, including great-aunts and great-uncles near and far, cousins, and numerous classmates and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret Collings of Texas. A celebration of life service will be Saturday, June 7, 2014, at 3 p.m. at Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God Church, 2610 Shasta Way, Klamath Falls, OR 97603.
