James Oliver Leming died in Klamath Falls June 13, 2014, at age 39. Memorial services will be announced by O'Hair Funeral Chapel. James was born in Apple Valley, Calif., Nov. 7, 1974, to Gary and Karen (Albro) Leming. He attended Henley High School and then worked for 15 years at a catering company, providing meals for actors on movie sets. He then took a position with J.W. Kerns Irrigation for the last nine years. His greatest passion was cooking, but he also enjoyed fishing, hunting and antiquing. James is survived by his parents, Gary Leming of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Karen and Wallace Kaelke of Klamath Falls; sisters and brothers-in-law, Taundra and Matthew Arbuckle of Tualatin, Ore., and Michelle and David Mellick of Post Falls, Idaho; half-sister, Sabrina Stalnaker and her husband, Chris, of Kentucky; half-brother, Tanner Leming of Idaho Falls; nieces and nephews, Lynnette, Kyle, Levi, Justin, Alisa, Thomas and Elizabeth. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Martha Albro.
