A memorial celebration for Robert Wayne Odiorne will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18, 2014, in Chiloquin Christian Center, Chiloquin, Ore. Officiating will be Ted Hamann, Hospice Chaplain. A reception will follow the service. Mr. Odiorne, 59, of Chiloquin, died Monday, Aug. 11, 2014, at home. He was born Sept. 6, 1954, in Sheridan, Wyo., the son of Loretta and James Odiorne. His family moved to California in 1958, where he was raised. He moved to Chiloquin in 2009. Robert worked in heating and air conditioning repair, was a heavy equipment operator and drove medical transport for the Klamath Tribes. He enjoyed watching wildlife, fishing, hunting and cooking. He was known as an excellent handyman. Surviving are his brother, James L. Odiorne of Madras, Ore.; two nieces, Deanna F. McVay of Placerville, Calif., and Jeanette M. Odiorne of Placerville; cousins, Peggy A. Idonas and Michelle L. Carson, both of Chiloquin; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents, Loretta and James Odiorne; and a brother, Richard Odiorne. Arrangements by O'Hair Funeral Chapel, Klamath Falls, Ore.
