Betsy Rae Howard and newborn son Christopher Douglas Howard left this world suddenly to be with our Lord on Jan. 4, 2012.
Betsy was born on Feb. 5, 1982, in Klamath Falls to Buddy and Belinda Reno, their second child.
She graduated from Klamath Union High School in 2000 and was just a term away from receiving her associate's degree in accounting at Klamath Community College. Her plans were to work from home while caring for their family and home schooling their children.
Betsy married her soul mate and the love of her life in June 2001. They were blessed with their precious baby girl Zoe Noelle in November 2008 and were so looking forward to the birth of their little baby Christopher.
Betsy was a devoted Christian, mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. She meant the world to everyone she met and was such a caring soul.
She loved camping with her family, cooking, reading and baking.
Betsy adored their daughter Zoe Noelle and took great pride in teaching her everything from breaking open eggs and peeling carrots with one hand. She blossomed when she became a mother and so enjoyed her life with her family. Most of all, she loved spending time with her daughter Zoe, mother Belinda, and husband Chris. She had so many friends and dear loved ones.
To help defer funeral expenses, there have been several donation accounts set up at Sterling Savings Bank, Klamath Union High School and at Betsy's church Shasta Way Christian Church.
Betsy was preceded in death by her grandfather Raymond Reno of Gerber, Calif., and grandmother Lucille Burrichter of Red Bluff, Calif.
Her service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, 2011, at Shasta Way Christian Church.
