Cynthia Irene (Plemmons) Newnham went to be with her Lord on March 24, 2013, in Sky Lakes Medical Center.

Cynthia was born to Julian St. Clair Plemmons and Irene Elizabeth (Elkins) on July 28, 1946, in our nation's capitol of Washington, D.C.
She was raised in Oakland, Calif.
She married Robert A. Newnham in Reno, Nev., on April 27, 1991, and moved to Oregon in 1992. She attended the Cosmetology School of California and became a beautician for the next 25 years. She then became a CNA until her retirement.
Cynthia was very gifted in arts and crafts and being a loving grandma.
Survivors include her husband Robert A. Newnham of Klamath Falls, Ore.; a son Dale L. McQueary of California; daughter Shenandoah Stipe (Gary) of Kokomo, Ind.; grandchildren Nicole and Derek McQueary of California and Onalee Trippett-Wall (Kyle), Justin Williams, and Tessa Rowe and one great-grandson Chace, all of Indiana; brothers David Blake Plemmons of New Mexico and Warren Ray Plemmons, of Arkansas; and sister Terri Louise Wills of Arkansas.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents Julian and Irene, sister Debra Ann Plemmons, and niece Michelle Leigh Plemmons.
A private family graveside service will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Laki Cemetery with Pastor Jimmy Weaver officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Sky Lakes Cancer Treatment Center, 2610 Uhrmann Road, Klamath Falls, OR 97601.
Davenport's Chapel, now at 2680 Memorial Drive, 541-883-3458, is in charge of arrangements.
