WHITESBORO – Funeral services for Maurene "Grams" (Rogers) Blevins, 82, will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro, with Martin Carmichael officiating. Interment will follow the service at Liberty Cemetery. Family visitation will be Sunday from 4 - 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
Maurene passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2012 in Denton.
She was born on October 28, 1929 to Elbert and Elvie (Murrell) Rogers in Denison, Texas. She married Richard D. Blevins Sr. on July 21, 1951 in Durant, Oklahoma.
She is survived by daughters, Beth Corbett of Whitesboro, and Vicki McNairn of Gainesville; son, Richard Blevins Jr. of Whitesboro; a sister, Marvis Blevins of Muskogee, Okla.; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

My prayers are with you all, I am so proud to be apart of this family. Grams will be miss by so many including myself, I will always miss her calling me Donna Francis!! Grams I love you, I do have some memories and you will forever be in my Heart!
