David Lee Lynch(1949 - 2014)

DENISON - On July 3rd, the world lost another husband, father, son and one of God's blessed. Rare does God grace the world with one of his children which yield the gift to touch the hearts and change the lives of those in his presence.

David's wishes were granted, by the surrounding of his most cherished loved ones, preceding his passing. His request and message to family and friends was to remember, love, forgive, and cherish the time we have.

David was privileged to experience many of life's greatest wonders. Unconditional love of his family, lifelong friendships, travels across the country, as well as, foreign countries in his tour of duty with the United States Army. David was proud to have served his country and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors.

David had extensive employment and career fields ranging from 20 years in management sales with Aratex, to sales with Haverty's Furniture, and his final retirement with his friends at Cones Motorcycle Sales.

David Lee Lynch was born to James Stanley Lynch and Sylvia Norene Smallwood Lynch on Febraury 6, 1949 in Sherman, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his mother Sylvia Skinner, and his brother James Keith Lynch.

David is survived by his father James Stanley Lynch of Denison, his wife Linda Lynch of Sherman, his sons John Derek Lynch and wife Char, Alan Keith Lynch and wife Angie, brother Michael Alan Lynch of Sherman and sisters Mary Ellen Russey and Linda Karen Flowers of Sherman. He was blessed with five grandchidlren Caitlyn Thiele, Tara Lynch, Megan Lynch, Jayden Lynch, and Victoria Wall and one great grandchild Kyler Hughley.

The memorial service will be conducted by David's father, Stanley Lynch. It will be held on Sunday, July 6, at 3 p.m. at Fisher's Funeral Home in Denison, Texas.

Guests will be received beginning at 2 p.m.

Honorary pallbearers will be nephews Chance Lynch, Choice Lynch, Tracer Lynch and Jacob Higgs and cousins Shane Stubblefield and Greg Stubblefield.
