Harold Eugene Wyrick(1939 - 2014)

SHERMAN - Funeral services for Harold Eugene Wyrick will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at West Sherman Baptist Church. Rev. Danny Wood of the church will officiate. Burial will follow at 3 p.m. Thursday at Springs Chapel Cemetery near Hugo, Oklahoma.

Mr. Wyrick, 75, passed away Monday, June 23 in Bonham from injuries he sustained in a boating accident.

Harold was born February 14, 1939 near Soper, Oklahoma to the late John and Daisy Mae (McCleary) Wyrick. He attended Soper schools and married Mickie Booth on May 23, 1959 in Hugo. They were married over 45 years when she passed away in February 2005.

Harold married Patricia Davis on April 24, 2009 in Sherman. Mr. Wyrick retired from Libby-Owens-Ford and enjoyed fishing and traveling. He was a member of West Sherman Baptist Church. Mr. Wyrick will be remembered for his love and devotion to his five daughters.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia of Sherman; five daughters, Sandra Bollier and husband Larry of Sherman, Virginia Phillips and husband Raymond of Sherman, Angie Bollier and husband Steve of Sherman, Roxann Keelin and husband Josh of Pottsboro, and Patty Reynolds and Clay Coons of McKinney; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; four sisters, Dola Harris and husband Gary, Faye West, Joyce Barker and husband Buster, and Linda Howell; three brothers, JC Wyrick and wife Ramona, Jerry Wyrick, and Larry Wyrick; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mickie; and two brothers, Jim and Ervin Wyrick.

The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday at Waldo Funeral Home.
