Kenneth Hoyle "Tootie" Little

Kenneth Hoyle "Tootie" Little, 87, entered into eternal life Monday, Dec. 31, 2012 at Texoma Medical Center.

Mr. Little was born Sept. 10, 1925 in Liberty, Okla. the son of Jack Hopkins and Elsie Deliah (Reynolds) Little. Tootie served his country proudly in the Army during World War II and the Korean War. He was a farmer and owned and operated Little Grocery at Carpenter Bluff for 22 years. Tootie loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mr. Little is survived by his beloved family, daughters, Denise McAlister and husband, Eldon, Twana Little, Peggy Auldridge and Debra Stewart; son, Michael Little and Amy Harris, and their mother, Phyllis Sirkel; nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Doyle Little, Dallas Little, Leetroy Little, Bill Little James Walker Little, sisters, Effie Hall, Avis Nichols, Kathryn Davis, Mildred Wilhelm and Bobbie Richardson.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at Kemp Church of Christ with Minister Jan Kelly officiating. Interment will follow in Kemp Cemetery. Family visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at Fisher Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Kyle McAlister, Leslie McAlister, Dustin McAlister, James Auldridge, Dereck Little and Roger Auldridge.
