Terry (Simpson) Blanton(1964-2012)

DALLAS - Terry Lynn Simpson Blanton, 48, entered into eternal life Monday, September 17, 2012 at her home.

Terry was born August 20, 1964 in La Marque, Texas the daughter of Thomas Ernest and Judy (Crouse) Simpson. She graduated from Denison High School in 1982.Terry moved to Dallas and spent the last year of her life supporting and helping others at a Dallas Support Group. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, camping, and spending time at the lake surrounded by family and friends. Terry was full of life and had a very contagious smile and laugh. She was loved by many people and will be greatly missed.

Terry is survived by her beloved family, son, Allen Blanton of Dallas; parents, Judy Vaughn and husband Jesse of Denison, and Thomas and Yvonne Simpson of Colfax, La.; brother, Tommy Simpson and wife Danielle; sisters, Tresa Simpson Ball, Dawn Conary and Lisa Simpson; stepbrothers, Donny Conary, Ronnie Conary and wife Paula, Greg Vaughn and wife Audra, Charles Vaughn and wife Sheila, Don Richards and Joshua Richards; stepsisters, Lori Vaughn Canoy, Darlene Stuardt, Debbie Conary, Kristy Simpson and Sandy Richards; nephews, Ryan Simpson Randy Simpson, Travis Ball and Kaleb McAlester; nieces, Amber Simpson, Alexis Simpson, Crista McAlester, Madyson McAlester, and Audrey Simpson; one great-niece, Lillin Jade Lopez and special friend, Anna Sotelo. She was preceded in death by her son's father, Kenny Blanton, step-father, Don Conary and step-brother, Gary Don Conary.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Parkside Baptist Church with the honorable Horace Groff officiating. Condolences may be registered online at www.fisherfh.com.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her name for final expenses at any Bank of America to the Terry Simpson Blanton Memorial Fund.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home in Denison.
