Wesley R. Baker(1959-2012)

DENISON - Wesley R. Baker, DVM (Surgeon), 52, entered into eternal life Thursday, April 12, 2012.

Mr. Baker was born October 18, 1959 in Spangdahlem, Germany the son of Albert C. and Vivian L. Baker. Wesley graduated from Denison High School Class of 1978. For the next six years he proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. Later he earned his doctorate degree in veterinarian medicine at Oklahoma State University. He practiced several years in Oregon and Arizona

Mr. Baker is survived by his beloved family, mother, Vivian L. Baker of Denison, Texas, sister, Deborah Judd of Sherman, Texas, nieces, Jamie Reece and husband, Jason of Houston, Texas and Julie Prater and husband, Luke of Dallas, Texas, nephew, Joe Judd and wife, Ashley of McKinney, Texas and their families.

He was preceded in death by his father, Albert C. Baker, brother-in-law, Steven Judd and uncle, Robert Birchfield.

Wesley was cremated according to his wishes. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Thanks to Home Hospice Wesley passed peacefully in his sleep, pain free. After a long and courageous battle with cancer.
