Mr. Carder was born January 27, 1948, in Gober, Texas the son of Joe Frank and Mary Francis (Brignon) Carder. He served his country proudly in the Army, as a medic with the Air Calvary during the Vietnam War. He worked as an RN for Texoma Medical Center for many years. John also earned a Masters degree in Psychology at Southeastern in 1979. John will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Mr. Carder is survived by his son, William Pyburn and wife, Brittany, of Frisco, Texas, and William's mother, Camellia Pyburn of Denison, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at Fairview Cemetery Chapel with Internment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Family visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, February 4, 2013, at Fisher Funeral Home.
